From 1995 to 1997, Ondinnok developed a Theatre of Healing at the request of the Atikamekw community of Manawan in Mauricie. Opitowap is the first production created in the context of collective creation based on the improvisations, the dreams and the stories told by the participants.

The work reveals on stage the violence that afflicts the community and the necessity of returning to traditions and spiritual practices to cure them.
